Las bibliotecas están cambiado radicalmente y el tradicional edificio de estilo clásico que alberga libros está pasando a ser un edificio moderno, tecnológico y con un diseño muy marcado atrayendo desde su exterior e incitando a entrar a pasar un rato leyendo en un entorno cuidado y pensado.
